Private School Administrator Support

The complexity of school leadership is unique and requires specific training. In many non-public schools, the administration has not completed formal coursework in school administration, let alone training under the auspices of that particular school movement. These barriers add to the challenges the administrator already faces and spell the difference between an effective or an ineffective administrator. Our mentoring service includes weekly video or phone conferences, periodic on-site visits, and regular communication with the administrator regarding ongoing issues.
